Lugia Reference: Dream Plush

I did not make this art for you to trace. Lugia has been my #1 priority perfecting throughout most of my life - which is one reason I have such a huge collection of Lugia figures. I drew Lugia almost every day for a period of 10+ years solid and wanted to show my current ability to draw Lugia.
(THIS IS NOT FOR YOU TO TRACE).
This is a personal reference for the case that plushies are made of Lugia to have them appear accurate, and this is my dream plush pose for Lugia. You may see this picture submitted for Lugia plushies somewhere, and I don't mind them using this reference to make my dream plush a reality. This is not exactly reference for me to draw Lugia, since it's a little stylized.

NOTE: I'm NOT good at cell shading, I don't pride myself on cell shading at all.
Anatomy differences with my art versus Pokemon: My version has the longer body such as seen in Pokemon 2,000. Also the neck in this picture is shorter and not as slim. The back spikes are also larger, tail may be thicker and a little more stubby. My feet (larger photos especially) I feel are drawn way better than the Anatomy/style seen from Pokemon/Nintendo which look flabby and plain. I like to keep the feet more like rabbit feet!
