Lugia Buildable Figure (GRAIL ACHIEVED) Gashapon?

Before judging this figure, please take note that this is a VERY VERY VERY VERY rare and hard to find item, that took MANY years of hope that one day it could pop up. In fact, I check all over the place for these kinds of items almost daily, and I never even seen this type of figure for sale in my life time posted online, and only two known images online were ever recorded of this figure. But I I finally managed to get my hands on this crazy ultra rare Lugia figure which I believe could be a gashapon (from my knowledge it's Bandai 2,000 but doesn't say so on the figure itself).

After a longer time frame than Giant Lugia (which was ~10 years of searching daily), this item took even longer. Luckily I managed to get one, so I can post the photos of this wonderful work of art, it's stunning.

It's beyond that I imagined! Sitting poses, waving poses, flying and swimming poses. Though it face plants when you try to give it a flying/swimming pose (Lol)!

Hard work does pay off eventually, as well as persistence in searching. The same goes for Giant Lugia where they say that hard work should be awarded with time. This is quite a beauty I can add to my figure collection of Lugias. Getting closer to having every one I need to complete it all, but it's always hard to say what ones I don't even know about. If I ever lose this figure, I don't think I could ever forgive myself in my entire life.
